I was a competitive swimmer going to Olympic trails and World Championship trails and since finishing in 2014, I still enjoy training and now devote efforts towards studying medicine at UWA. I am passionate about healthy living and enjoy learning about different exercise regimes and importance of food management. At Swimming365 I hope to utilise my knowledge of swimming and human movement to help all involved achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
I have been swimming for over 15 years and am currently training full time with WAIS in preparation for the 2020 Olympic trails, while balancing work and training I graduated from University in Sports Science & Exercise and Health. I am very passionate about swimming as well as sharing my knowledge of the sport with others and to help them achieve.
I first became involved with swimming over 15 years ago through Surf Life Saving and more recently Triathlon. I have been coaching both for the past 8 years across a wide range of availabilities including Children, recreational swimmers through to elite level triathletes.
Some of my sporting achieves include:
70.3 World Championships, in France 2019, West Australian Triathlete of the Year 19/20 and Rottnest Channel Swim (1xDuo, 2xTeam of 4)
I hope to pass on some of my knowledge of swimming to help as many people as possible to meet and achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.
