In order to get the most out of the program and ensure outcomes are tailored to you, a number of steps are required prior to participation. Please see check list below:
Step 1 Places are limited so register to secure your place ASAP. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name & Contact Details including Phone Number and Email.
Step 2 Obtain medical clearance. Medical clearance from your GP will be required prior to participation.
Step 3 Book an appointment for a pre-program assessment (~60 mins). Contact Health Watch Clinics on (08) 9383 3435. The Health Watch Clinics address is 3/484 Stirling Hwy, Cottesloe WA 6011. Make sure you say that you are requesting a Swimming365 Health Assessment Examination.
Step 4 Complete a pre-program assessment Please wear comfortable exercise clothing for the assessment and bring along your medical clearance.
Step 6 Attend the first session and bring your bathers and a towel. Finally its a good idea to bring a bottle of water to re-hydrate during and after the sessions.

Evidence Informed – An evidence informed exercise program that contributes to knowledge of aquatic exercise & metabolic disease.
Shared purpose – Friendships, camaraderie and social support. Plus, plenty of opportunities for social occasions and swimming events with the group.
